Hello, i would like to ask is u could develop anyway to autoupload files from android to telegram, i think that it will be very useful to use that as a personal cloud, i mean like google photos do, when some new file is added to the folder u have to autobackup it is uploaded to the google account. Thanks.

Is it possible to create a separate app for android? It's not very convenient to upload photos and notes through the browser. I can't add a website as a program in chrome on android
