DIVAGIS added to the GIS software list #101

We could put this at the end of the list, because it is not as widely used as the others.

Ok sure. This is also fine for me. But if we are going to reorder the list, then anyway it will come at the same position.

As your suggestion, I put the DIVA-GIS to the last of the list. Please check out and merge this PR. Later when you fix the ordering of names based on A-Z order, you can rearrange the list again.
