Please reorder the table of contents based on the name (i.e. A-Z) #99

In some categories, I see the list is not ordered properly. It would be really nice you someone reorders the list of names based on alphabetical order.

Good idea, I will reorder lists when I have time.

Hi all! I've just submitted a PR, where I alphabetically sorted all of the lists under the headers in the README.md file (except for the References header), including alphabetically sorting the Geospatial Library code names in the body and the TOC. Let me know if you have any questions about it!
