It is posible to change also the ServerRoot? It would be usefull for relative 
dirs.

Yes, it's possible, but I you only one who requested it. To convince me realize 
this feature, please, give me some ideas where it may be usefull.

Dynamic ServerRoot will allow to set relative dirs for ssl certificates, and 
will allow   dinamic ssl enabled virtual hosts.
