FEATURE REQUEST - Custom command line 'cband'

Greetings,

I search a 'mod_vhost_sql' to manage FULLY my vhost with cband but i don't
find.

Example, I must add this in my virtualhost :
CBandUser elodieuse
CBandScoreboard /tmp/httpd/cband/elodieuse_example.com

where elodieuse and example.com are sql variables for more 3000 customer.

- SQLTemplate could be good but i must restart Apache to read the MySQL again,
- vhost_dbd_module could be good, no need to restart apache but impossible
to add other custom command line,
- mod-myvhost, same

Could you add something to add cband with your module please ?

Of course, it is possible to add any/custom config for cband module, but I'm not
shure that it will work with such vhosts. Both vhost_dbd and mod_myvhost just 
rewrite
some settings for current vhost, they do not really add new vhost to Apache.
But,I think, it is possible to include some functionality from cband to my 
module.

I'll see, but I can't promise anything.
