No support for dm:unparsed-entity-public-id or dm:unparsed-entity-system-id #33

Both of these attributes are part of XDM, but accessors for them do not appear 
in the current GenXDM API.

Marking this as very low priority, due to the lack of use-cases for the 
information in the first place.
