Should switch to JUnit 4 #35

Current tests use JUnit 3.X.  Most of the innovation in the JUnit world is 
happening with JUnit 4.X.  Suggest we switch

Started the process with API, which is now Junit 4.

Switching bridgetest is going to be the big problem.  Might do something 
nasty-ish to enable it.  Hmmm, yes.  See the bridgetest issue (17).

Change owner to me.  Almost done with this, actually.  bridgetest is done. 
iotest and xpathtest need this, and we should check performance, too.

Complete at r186.  All junit testing now uses junit 4.
