We've agreed that each module is to be independently versioned; in the initial
release, they will go out that way. One of the tools we can then use to
determine readiness to release a 1.0 version is that all of our modules have
achieved 0.8 or greater.
It is *unlikely* that we will do more substantive changes prior to making an
initial release.

Version for main project pom and for the three aggregating poms (bridge,
processor, support) set to 0.3.
Version for API set to 0.7 (rather than the suggested 0.8). Reason: there are
significant questions about the mutable API and the serialization API, as well
as a question of removing the Sm prefix in the xs package. All of these may be
decided as "make no change" in the end, but while they are open questions, it
seems better to reduce the indicated maturity by a point.
Version for XPath API set to 0.8, based on discussion on the mailing list.
Announcement of changes so far to be sent to the mailing list; bridges,
processors, and support will then be versioned in turn.

Applied versions to everything else.
Axiom, bridgetest, iotest: 0.2
DOM, bridgekit, input-output, xpath.impl, w3c.xs, w3c.xs.validation: 0.5
Cx, convert: 0.8
support changed to 0.2. in it, performance and samples set to 0.2; book set to
0.1. None of those should be included in the initial release.
