Rename org.genxdm.xs.Schema #95

The name is unfortunately very confusing. People think that it refers to a 
single schema document or a single schema namespace. In fact, document 
boundaries disappear on parse, and this is actually a 'schema component cache' 
(from which you can get the contents as a component provider or as a component 
bag).

Suggested resolution: change the name to SchemaCache. Do this before 1.0, since 
before 1.0 is the time we can make breaking changes.
