Meter fixed. Now measures server lag every 1 second and reports in on the 
graph...
which is no longer autoscaling so the data now mean something. Also added a 
label
that gives a numberic value of the lag. Current scale is maxed at 120msec. This 
may
need tobe higher, will wait for user feedback. Closed.
