Dont know where/whom to ask. Thats why I am creating this issue.

Hi, What do you use for generating PDF reports for samples and results? Python or R? Is the code available for reference?

Hey, right now we don't generate PDF reports just web based ones (and excel). It's tied to the bifrost pipeline https://github.com/ssi-dk/bifrost under the dashboard https://github.com/ssi-dk/bifrost_dashboard/tree/master
