Exception when using DPM fast/adaptive #5

Hi,

Just thought I would let you know that this throws an error when using DPM fast or DPM adaptive. I don't know if it makes sense to use these with restart, but I made a script comparing the various samplers and these two in combination with restart don't work:

I’m pretty sure they worked before, there must’ve been an update to them. I’ll take a look at it when I can.

On second thought, DPM fast and DPM adaptive doesn't really make sense here since they go by their own noise schedule. It would take a lot of effort and messy code to support them as well, so I decided to remove them from the supported samplers.
