Fixed the alignment & the darkmode glitch

Description

Hello @cleveranu, @Shreyaar12 I have fix page properly and added the darkmode. also Shreyaar12 told me to fix the glitch which was happening when we hover the project card so that issue is also fixed.As well as the footer issue of extra spacing is also fixed.

So eventually I fixed -

Page Alignment Fixed
Darkmode Added
Added font
fixed scrolltotop color
projects card glitch fixed

It is super ready to merge.
