counter detecting other javaw.exe titles as pokemmo #23

causes counter to hang and not exit BUSY mode e.g., minecraft .jar and other .jar utilities, games, etc.

This issue has now been resolved in the latest main build and the counter will only go after the PokeMMO (javaw.exe) process.
