implement profile sync across multiple pc systems #89

using gitbash- .sh script to push/pull and windows scheduler, wrap in bat script. it is possible to sync profile files between systems.

it is also possible to utilize gdrive / onedrive, etc. and symbolic links to sync between systems. remember to replace all Config_Settings file paths in the main bat file.

if Config_Settings are mismatched between syncs, your overlay might render offscreen if the resolutions are not similar.

Instructions on how to sync the encounter data across 2 or more PCs using Google Drive. Only thing you need to download is the desktop version of Google Drive if that hasn't been done yet and need to use the Command Prompt 1 time. Should take about 5 minutes to set up depending on how familiar you are with Windows Explorer stuff.
