Web dashboard status is not updating properly #693

Describe the bug Web dashboard status is not updating properly in the current ServiceX release (1.3.2) at UC AF. It stays as "Lookup" while it's running ("Files completed" is updating), and it becomes "Completed" when tranformation is finished. Since status is set to "Lookup" no "Workers" shown. The same behavior is also present in the testing-1 instance which runs the same ServiceX release.

One observation is it seems like it doesn't stay as "Lookup" for datasets already cached at xcache. For those already xcached (or possibly from database) datasets become "Running" status.
