Set Prelim Exam Data and Time with Committee #1

An official date and time must be set with the thesis committee for the prelim exam as it will require all participants to be available at the same time and in the same location. I have suggested an initial date of 11/14.

The committee members are:

Paul Wilson
Greg Moses
Carl Sovinec
Chris Rutland
Tom Evans

My goal is generally to have a complete draft (complete but not necessarily final) before scheduling a prelim (or defense). With 6-8 weeks lead time on scheduling, that puts you at 10/1 for a complete draft.

Sounds good. I will make a milestone then for the draft.

Tom is VP of M&C so he must attend the ANS winter meeting from November 11-15. Looks like that week is out.
