Different Scan Results #802

Hi Team,

We use Qualys VM and PCI modules for vuln scans. I have noticed that PCI portal's scan results flagged with TLS related issues are not the same as that from https://www.ssllabs.com/index.html. Any advice?

Here is an example: Qualys PCI portal's scan result reported that a system is not using a trusted CA. while https://www.ssllabs.com indicates that the tested system is using a trusted CA which is the true.

Can you please share the result or the domain name for us to assess the issue? If you do not wish to share the domain name in public then please ping me here
