Searching the forum indicates that the correct link should be https://blog.qualys.com/product-tech/2017/03/13/caa-mandated-by-cabrowser-forum

That link has been fixed. We are aware that this redirect is impacting other links form the SSL Labs Server Test Report and we are working to fix them as well.

There is another broken link on the results page to https://blog.qualys.com/ssllabs/2018/11/19/grade-change-for-tls-1-0-and-tls-1-1-protocols as used in the screenshot below.

The correct URL is https://blog.qualys.com/product-tech/2018/11/19/grade-change-for-tls-1-0-and-tls-1-1-protocols
