Linux Mail clientt configuration is not stored #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open OC 1.2
2. Go to configuration
3. Change the path of the email client with /usr/bin/thunderbird and save
4. Try to send a document via mail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The document is supposed to be attached to the mail. It was fully functionnal 
under the 1.1.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using the latest 1.3b3 don't solve the problem.
Setting the thunderbird mail client works will and correctly embedd the PDF in 
the meaage. Unfortunately, at the next restart, the mail client configuration 
isn't stored.

Properties where not loaded when setting new path.
Problem fixed on 1.3b4.
