How to bootstrap in an air-gappped network? Probably involve method of re-mastering install CD with installation, and including all necessary docker containers on CD (as in https://rancher.com/docs/k3s/latest/en/installation/airgap/)
Might also involve some instructions for spinning up PXE env BEFROE first k3os node, but prefer that we just bulid a bootable CD that has all of that backed in.
