I'm going to have to mark this as "invalid" because there is no supporting 
information.  There is a 99.9999% chance that this is a config problem on your 
end.  

The plugin is running on thousands of web sites, so if there were some kind of 
general error that always caused the plugin to blow up, I think it would have 
been reported many times by now.
