Add support for v3 of the API #13

v3 requires an authorization token for all requests.

Not sure if support for v2 should be removed completely or support for both should be maintained...

From a quick inspection, it looks like responses are identical from v2 to v3.

We should be able to accept an optional API key and adjust the request URL based on whether the key has been set.
