Updgrade to v3 of wpvdb api #47

v3 requires an API key for all requests.

This should be updated once ssnepenthe/soter-core#13 is closed.

Looks like APIv2 is about to be deprecated in a few days...

It also looks like WPScan have put out a plugin of their own that covers the same basic functionality as this one (maybe a little less flexible/extensible with notifications).

Is it worth keeping this plugin around anymore?
