Build supersim with static GLIBC and GLIBCXX #52

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to build supersim with bazel with statically linked libraries (GLIBC / GLIBCXX)

Have you tried the "fully_static_link" feature of bazel as described here: https://docs.bazel.build/versions/0.22.0/be/c-cpp.html#cc_binary.linkstatic
