Commission is not part of the Total Cost Basis

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Entering a commission in the transaction doesn't show anywhere in any 
calculation. I beleive it should be part of the total Cost Basis. It isn't for 
me.
2.
3. Entering a commission of 400$ with no purschase of stock and the Total Cost 
Basis remains unchanged.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.23 Beta

Added the commission to the TotalSold and TotalCost calculation.
It will be part of the next release (0.24)
