Add a command to release the keyboard focus from flash using the keyboard

Given how annoying it can be for Flash to consume all keystrokes in Firefox, I think it makes sense to add a QuickTile command which natively implements this workaround from the AwesomeWM wiki.

Since QuickTile is GPLed, there should be no problems borrowing code or algorithms from these sources:

• pykey-0.1
• xdotool/cmd_mousemove.c
• xdotool/xdo.c

...and I ended up forgetting about this for so long that Flash is now more or less irrelevant now. (And certainly not the pain for me that it was in 2013.)

I'm closing this but, if anyone still thinks it's important, reply here with your use case and I'll consider reopening.
