re-estimation of shipping #272

when I put in a different “ship to” zip code on the final page than the initial page, it still showed the same (initial) estimation. We should update automatically if someone set different (from initial) zip code.

Workflow communicated with customer:

  1. User estimate shipping on product page
  2. User goes to Order page
  3. User changes ZIP
  4. Popup dialog is shown to user with message that he will be forwarded to previous step
  5. User press OK button
  6. User is forwarded to product page
  7. User re-estimate shipping
  8. User goes to Order page
