bug: shipping calculated incorrectly #311

Please check following issue: Zip code is for Los Angeles, it should ship from Miwaukee, WI but not from Baltimore, MD.

There is no mistake in calculation. I got this data from service. In this particular case I recieve 6 carrires from Miwaukee, WI and the best one would deliver parts within 3 days. Form Baltimore it would be the best one 1 day.

I'd like to remind you our shipping rules.

  1. We take the fasters delivery method not the best price; if we would deliver from Miwaukee it would be the cheapeast varient but it would take 3 days.
  2. If Service Days is 0 we need to add 1 more day.
  3. Miwaukee, WI is always availble for delivery.
  4. If the part is in Progress and it doesnt available in any storages we should add 2 more days for delivery from Miwaukee.
