hide warehouses #312

Warehouses should not be visible on the side. On the top we should have “Pricing” and below “Availability”, followed by “Order This Now”.

NOTE: Please don't remove the code for warehouses completely, we might need it in the future.

Warehouses were removed from site.

NOTE: According to our current logic "Order This Now" button is shown only after shippiong service estimation.
