It is not aligned horizontally

What browser you've used for testing?

Have you scaled the browser window? If yes the browser scaling could corrupt the view

I don't see a view corruption. Take a look on picture below.

Unfortunately I don't have a MacBook and the only version available fo me is ( Safari 5.1.7 )

From WIKI - Safari 5.1.7 has become the last version of Safari developed for Windows.

I don't see any problem in align in this version. But changed vertical-align style from top to bottom. Maybe it would fix this issue. Please test.
