WebmasterTools dll is missing in Redist directory #506

After installing the msi package I should be able to find the dll 
Google.GData.WebmasterTools.dll in the directory "C:\Program Files 
(x86)\Google\Google Data API SDK\Redist" but I couldn't find it. I can find a 
debug version in the Debug subdirectory so it's not entirely gone.

In the next few weeks we will rebuild the installer to add the missing dll and 
include fixes for any other issues we find in the 1.8.0.0 release.

I updated the setup project in rev. 1107 to restore the missing dll, the new 
installer is coming soon.

Version 1.9 of the installer was just released and it includes the 
WebmasterTools dll
