Update browser login to account for new bot checks

Summary

• Instead of simply filling in the text field values, each letter must be typed in via the keyboard interface with the key down/up taking a random amount of time.
• New pages have been added to the ETRADE login flow such as a OTP check which will prompt you for the OTP code at the command line if it is asked for.
