Windows Media Player doesn't sync the output video

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Convert a video
2. Make video show up in Windows Media Player
3. Attempt sync

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Synced with device" label in WMP.  "Error" label instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
verson 0.6.  Windows 7 Ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.
This just started happening after I updated the software

i'm not sure, now, because I reinstalled v. 0.5 and it still happened.  I'll 
check it out

never mind: I copied it manually and it worked.  Another kind of error perhaps
