Name Changes #34

A large number of public and protected member function and datafields have changed names. This means, any code that references EPECSolve has to be rewritten! Please can you make a table of old names vs newnames for all such name changes?

They should be already have been refactored. The name change is because of naming consistency. Making a table out of this, at this stage, would be complex
