xoom dont see android tether #1122

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
LG Revolution Android 2.2.2
Which firmware is installed?
Stock but (rooted)
What version of wireless tether are you using?
New 3.1
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try installing old 2.0.7 same issue xoom don't see the android tether.
2. running default settings in new and old version. 
3. no go

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no go still don't see the AndroidTether.
Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same issue with a Droid X2 with 2.3.3, and my Xoom with 3.2 update. 
Iphone can see my android tether, the Wifi Analyzer app on my xoom can see the 
android tether but the xoom itself cannot.

Same issue here Can not see android tether from Xoom 3.2, on Samsung Droid

I had the same problem, then I enabled Wi-Fi encryption and my Xoom could 
suddenly see it.  Give that a try.  I'm using 3.1 beta 6.

i try using 3.1 android-wifi-tether and unable encryption no luck.

Xoom 3.2 non rooted LG Rev. 2.2.2 rooted.
