xoom 4g tether pre beta 11 starts with errors #1400

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Motorola xoom 4g
Which firmware is installed?
Eos ICS 4.0.3 
What version of wireless tether are you using?
Wifi tether beta 11
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.turn on wifi tether
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Turn on w/out errors. Toast stating turns on w/ errors
Please provide any additional information below.
See picture for error log. I've tried every version on the Xoom before the 4g 
upgrade and on many versions of honeycomb.

There is no device-profile currently available for the xoom in our app. What 
you could try is to use another motorola-profile ... like the droidx ...

I think Xoom is Tegra2 w/Broadcom chipset.  Probably Motorola Photon/Atrix 
profile, or possibly a profile like Samsung Fascinate.
