Try the new one 3.3-pre 2 and tell us if it works for you and if so what
settings you are using. Some people are having a problem.

Works for a bit, then stops. I get "what the hell! Your phone has taken control
of the wifi interface. Shutting town tether now"

Also having this problem with Samsung Galaxy S3. Cleared dalvik cache under
advanced option in recovery, rebooted, reinstalled WiFi Tether with default
options. I see "Other Network" listed, but it isn't insecure as the default
settings suggest. Tried changing setup method from auto to netd and netd-ndc
with no change

same issue here with sprint s3 running rooted 4.1.1. doesn't broadcast. tried
different profiles, ne encryption, rebooting, etc. same issue. seems like a
software bug. too bad. I used to use this on my evo shift and it was amazing.
Please email bicivelo @ gmail . com if someone finds a fix. thanks!

TrevE Mod on S4: latest build APK. Looks like should work, several bytes up and
down, but not broadcasting the SSID, so my tablet and PC cannot see it on list
of wireless networks.

I have a Motorola Razr Maxx running Android 4.2.1 and WiFi Tether 3.3 Beta 2.
No broadcasting of SSID, and I can't connect manually. I've tried reloading
binaries. Any other suggestions.
