HELP! Not working on Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE!

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

Which firmware is installed?
Android 4.0.4 HTC Sense 4.1 
and running ROM JellyBomb 

What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.1 Beta-14
But I've tried them all!! Changed device profile
Enabled MSS and Routing fix Changed Channels everything.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It just won't do anything just turns on.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The download sometimes goes to 0.1kB or 0.2kB but that's it.
This one reason I rooted so please please someone
Help or point me to where I can get a version that works for me.

I have the same problem with my evo. Ever get it working? I been trying for 
awhile with no luck.
