Which device (manufacturer, type)? Samsung galaxy s3

Which firmware is installed? 4.0.4

What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.2 beta

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install wifi tethering app
2.connect to wifi tether (android tethering) 
3.it says connected with the exclamation point...but no internet :(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
