Not working on Tmobile G3 4.1.1 #1689

Latest

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set profile to Samsung G3
2.Screen says that it is working but
3.Computers with WiFi do not see the SSID name of WIFI Teather

I also have the same problem but on sprint as the carrier, did you ever get it 
to broadcast the ssid to the devise that is trying to connect.
