phone in unknown state - try to reboot RAZR M #1692

Which device (manufacturer, type)? Motorola Razr M

Which firmware is installed? 4.1.1

What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.2 BETA 2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open WiFi Tether
2. Tell it to start, get first message
3. tell it to stop, get second message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Tethering started with errors, see error log.  There is no log, when I use the 
"show log" in the menu it says "file does not exist". When I select "stop 
tethering" I get the phone is in unknown state, try to reboot.

Please provide any additional information below.
