Wireless Function doesnt enable after disable of WiFi tether #1698

Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3
Which firmware is installed?
JellyBean 4.1.1
What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.3-pre1
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn On Wifi Tether
2. USe it for a bit then turn it off
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When turning off WiFi tether you are unable to enable the wireless connection 
on the device. You must reboot the device to regain wireless function.
Please provide any additional information below.
