Laptop can't connect. #1702

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
GS2 EPIC 4G TOUCH SPRINT
Which firmware is installed?
Jb 4.1.2 Baseband leaked FK23 ROOTED
What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.2 beta 2
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install FK23 EPIC 4G TOUCH
2. Install wifi tether
3. TURN ON TETHERING,  CONNECT LAPTOP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can't connect laptop to wifi hotspot. Tried other devices to connect, still 
can't connect. 
Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes app bugs saying my phone is not rooted. Maybe app is not compatible 
with FK23
