Regular Wifi will not work after tethering is enabled then disabled #1706

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Samsung Galaxy S3, AT&T

Which firmware is installed?
Rooted Jellybean 4.1.1 (Stock ROM), I747UCDLK3, Kernel 3.0.31-274808

What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.3pre2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on wifi tethering
2. Turn off wifi tethering
3.  Regular WIFI will not turn back on, have to reboot phone to enable again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Regular WIFI would turn back on no problem after tethering is disabled with the 
app

Please provide any additional information below.
Any version of 3.2 of this app will not work.  No wifi hotspot is broadcasted 
even though app shows as running.
