What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turn on WiFi tether
2.Connect laptop successfully to WiFi tether
3.Open internet browser on laptop
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect wifi tether transfer the 3g to the laptop. Wireless carrier's webpage
saying my phone is not set up for mobile hotspot. Then when I turn off wifi
tether I do not have 3g service on my phone till I reboot my phone.
Please provide any additional information below.
My phone is rooted only. I have gotten wifi tether to work correctly about 6
times out of the 40 times I have tried it.
