Cpu MAC address does not show up, and connection can not be established #1719

No connection
Please provide any additional information below.
tether was working properly 2 days prior.
I have not used it for 2 days, turned it on today, and I can not establish a 
connection between my mac and phone. MAC address does not show up in access 
control screen.
No prompt for MAC address approval.
Upload/ download screen does not show.
I have reset the binary as per trouble shooting guide... Still no change
