Not Working on Nexus 7 (Droid Incredible)

Which device (manufacturer, type)?: HTC Droid Incredible

Which firmware is installed?: CM 7.2

What version of wireless tether are you using?: 2.0.7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn Wifi Tether on.
2. Attempt to connect Nexus 7 but Nexus does not recognize the network
3. Other devices do (i.e. iPhone, Laptop, Desktop)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?: I was hoping that I 
could tether my Nexus 7 to Droid Incredible using Wifi Tether.

Please provide any additional information below.: Any help or thoughts would be 
greatly appreciated.

I have the same issues.... I have a Samsung Galazy s3 and the NExus 7 will not 
see it
