Speed Thorttled? #1745

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
HTC Evo 4G LTE - Sprint Network

Which firmware is installed?
3.16.651.3 (radio 1.12.11.1120)

What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.2-beta2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Device profile - generic wlan0
2. Setup method - auto
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can tether without a problem. When I run speedtest on the phone it reads 
3G/4G speeds. However, when I run it on the tethered laptop it is capped below 
.99 Mbps for downloads. 

Please provide any additional information below.

i see the same thing its weird the phone is blazing fast but when tethered its 
throttled down.i tried a few different settings but always same result..any 
help would be greatful..and nice job on this app its still awesome
