Start AP errors

Which device (manufacturer, type)? Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Which firmware is installed? Cyanogen 10.1 (4.2.2)

What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.2 B2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. simply pressing start tether
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  Notification of errors 
in the log

Please provide any additional information below.

App used to work great under Cyanogen 10.0 (4.2.1) but doesn't now that I've 
updated to 10.1 (4.2.2)

the log shows Configuring AP...  Failed! and Starting AP... Failed! with no 
functionality - can't connect.  Worked fine under Android 4.1 (not 4.2.1 as I 
indicated above) under Cyanogenmod 10.0.

Same issue. Log shows failure to configure and start AP, but everything else 
finished.

Same issue with Samsung s3 and 4/10 nightly.  Can't start ap.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus running stock 4.2.2 I have went through all of 
the different modes. Native Tether is the option that works, but what is the 
point of using this app if that is the only one that works. Mode Netd (master) 
everything start, but I can't see the AP on my computer or tablet. I tried with 
the "Send Netd Max Client Cmd" option turned on still the same thing everything 
starts, but it is not visible to my devices.

Please assist.
